This reflective training is being provided to the NPA_VAWC committee at ward level (Reha, Tarakea Motamburu, Ubetu Kate,Nanjara, and Motamburu kitendeni)so that they can have the ability to engross themselves and identify GBV incidents in their communities and to develop a participatory tentative plan to reduce such incidence. As an organization we expect nothing but the best from the ward committees who have been trained reflectively, enabling them to enhance themselves, reflect individually and become better leaders in their communities.
