AJISO members including the Executive Director were able to attend a networking session that was held by UZIKWASA at Pangani whereby 7 organizations that have been capacitated on using reflective approach were able to come together and share an experience of applying the same in their activities, including its effect on how it works, challenges of applying the same as well as coming out with a way forward of improving its applicability.
