This training was provided to the teaching and non-teaching staffs with different tools like posture, use of power, group works and others so they may deeply look onto how they attend to the students at their school when they are confronted for assistance and not only that but also to look onto how they treat these pupils basing with the fact that these pupils have a disability in hearing and most of them are from families that do not have a lot of income, in class and outside class each with the position they have, with this training they are meant to see the importance of having a guiding and canceling office (the teacher should be selected by the pupils themselves and he or she should undergo training as guiding and canceling office) and also they are to discuss and prepare a child protection policy.
